Hello everyone;
I just wanted to say you guys have a great message board! My surgery date was 12/22/05. I thought I would just scope out other surgery date boards and I really enjoy this one. You are all so supportive and caring of each other. Don't get me wrong, I like and read the Dec 05 board too, but there is so many more postings on this one. I do post on that one too. Just wanted to thank you guys for the great inspiration and information you all have given me.

You''re more than welcome to play, I mean post, with us too. Infact we have a very active poster who actually had her surgery in December too. But like you, it was very late in the month so I guess she felt more like a Januarian

Me too.. Me too hehe
My surgery was is December too.. but I read the November and January boards just as regularly as ours.. hehe
In fact.. I've been quietly doing the PB diet along with the folks here and it has been encouraging to read folk's posts about their daily tribulations with it. All in all.. I am quite happy with getting back to the basics of protein and why it's the best thing to put in our mouths.. period!! hehe Needless to say.. my energy level is through the roof.. and to think I wouldn't even have thought of it if it wasn't for the posts on this board.. so thanks from me too!!!
