Back to basics days 4 and 5!!!
Here is my two days that I am missing for my pb AKA Back to basics for me.....
Day four of my back to basics....
B~32 ounces of coffee with 2 scoops of protein powder 40gr
S~Low fat String Cheese 9gr
L~Refried beans and cheese
D~1 tablespoon of PB...low fat string cheese
S~Isopure protein drink...40 gr protein
Protein 80 plus gr
Water 80 ounces
other fluids 52 ounces
total fluids: 132
exercise 2 miles...
6 more days to go..
Day 5......
B~32 ounces of coffee with 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (40 gr) spread over several hours
L~ 2 scrambled eggs with cheese...
S~Isopure protein drink...40 gr protein spread over several hours..
D~ turkey slice ham slice and cheese slice rolled together...
S~grilled chicken pieces...
Proteins~80 gr plus more...
Exercise....House cleaning only...
Water 77 ounces
other liquids..68 ounces
Total fluids 145 ounces
I AM HALF WAY THROUGH!!!
