Vegas for our Surgiversary - will you be there?
Hi everyone, 
I spoke with the hotel today about our surgiversary room block at the Westin Casuarina in Las Vegas. We have seen some strong pick up on the room block but there's still many rooms available.
Are you planning to attend? Its going to be a great weekend and so fun to meet our WLS friends. 
The official dates are Friday, 26 January thru Sunday, 28 January....many of us are coming in on Thursday night. No one will be alone, we are going to ROCK THIS TOWN! 
If you are joining us, please make your hotel reservations soon. We have a rate of $169/night and the city is expected to sell out. If you find a deal a few dollars cheaper I hope you will still book the Westin and our room block - please think of the cab fare to get to/from the group, it will balance out any cost savings and you'll be with all of us.
Because I have personal financial liability to book all these rooms we are going to release them by 15 October. After that date its whatever rate is available, likely higher than the group block. If you are planning to attend...please, make your hotel reservation ASAP. Of course, any rooms already booked are protected at the group rate.
And remember....we have a 10% discount in the spa, 20% if more than 10 treatments are booked. THIS IS THE TIME TO INDULGE!! 
All the event details are on our website, www.ourwlsjourney.com - the hotel is a block off the strip and has a small casino, perfect for anyone who wants it, better for anyone who is not comfortable with all the Vegas glitz. The hotel has those wonderful Westin beds/showers and a top notch health club.
