How was everyones thursday? The season premire of Greys was on tonight. So good.
Here is what I had today:
B: 3 dk choco macadamia nuts, 1 c cc choco milk.
L: chikcken from lean cuisine, a few bites of broccoli
S: 2 dk choco mac nuts, 3 roasted almonds
D: insides of lean pocket ultra, few bites of crust
S: protein shake

Here is my back to basic's day 5....
B~32 ounces of coffee with 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (40 gr) spread over several hours
L~ 2 scrambled eggs with cheese...
S~Isopure protein drink...40 gr protein spread over several hours..
D~ turkey slice ham slice and cheese slice rolled together...
S~grilled chicken pieces...
Proteins~80 gr plus more...
Exercise....House cleaning only...
Water 77 ounces
other liquids..68 ounces
Total fluids 145 ounces
I AM HALF WAY THROUGH!!!
