Wednesday Menus?

I was doing so well today and then bam! Tonight I got the carb munchies. Considering, I did not do too bad, but made some bad choices... here it is:
B: Protein Cappucino
L: 5 oz Fage 2% yogurt, 2" banana
S: 1/2 Atkins Bar
D: 7 peices of dark chocolate covered macadamia nuts
yes, that was my dinner.

I had a high carb day myself. I wanted some meat at breakfast and didn't have time to make anything. I played Bunco last night and ate what the hostess made.
On the menu:
B: Jack in Box sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. I threw away 3/4 of biscuit and 1/2 of egg.
L: 1/2 South Beach beef/broccoli dinner
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
D: 1/4 c rice w/ crawfish etoufee, 1/2 piece of garlic bread; 3/4 c salad w/ FF Ranch
and 2 bites of ice cream cake
S: 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ true lime and splenda
Vitamins: In
Water: 104 oz.
Exercise: 30 minutes on bike in morning

Carbs have been riding my back too lately. Crackers and chips are my weakness and I made a dumb mistake by bying a box of "unsalted" saltines. I have to learn to say NO or throw the box in the trash!
Late but here's my menu...

S~Low fat String Cheese 9gr
L~Refried beans and cheese
D~1 tablespoon of PB...low fat string cheese
S~Isopure protein drink...40 gr protein
Protein 80 plus gr
Water 80 ounces
other fluids 52 ounces
total fluids: 132
exercise 2 miles...
