Finally....Onerland!!
Hi everyone,
Today the scale worked it magic, I no longer feel like a wls failure, I have moved into onerland. I held at 205 for weeks, it seemed an eternity. I just spent 2 weeks in Hong Kong and it did not even move then; I waited my customary 36 hours post flying and sure enough, this morning I weighed in at 199.
I thought about this happening so much but honestly, thinking about it does not compare to the eurphoria of seeing that scale display. While I was frustrated I continued to keep my thoughts positive and focus on what I accomplished so far - but it was hard. This milestone only has me at -80 lbs.....ONLY I say...where would I have been if I did not make this major and positive decision in my life??? Surely I'd be over 300 lbs and quite miserable at this juncture - but I am not!!
Here's some pictures from Hong Kong....
Me and my friend, Trevor, we've known each other for 15 years. When we went to meet for lunch he walked right by me and was just amazed at how I look.

At the trade show which was quiet, I thought these ladies looked lovely in their native costumes and we got a snap

Me with Hong Kong in the background and lots of clouds, we had 2 typhoons and an earthquake while I was there!

And finally, some shots of the beautiful skyline at night, from Kowloon looking onto the Hong Kong Island.

My stall encouraged me to take exercise more seriously although the health club at the hotel would not let me in with sandals, they told me to go shopping and get some proper footwear. I came home and have been active like never before so this will keep me going. I am working hard to find the endorphin high and power of exercise.
Besides that I keep falling asleep mid afternoon, it was a +13 hour time difference.
When I arrived home fall temperatures had kicked in and I had no pants, literally! So I went shopping yesterday, sucked it in and went into Banana Republic and the Gap. I am pleased to say I fit into a size 14, zipped and comfortable. For me this is tremendous, its been 15 years. I ended up back at Talbott as those low rise pants are just not flattering and Talbott's stuff just fits me perfectly.
I am proud of what I accomplished and the accomplishments of my friends here. Here's to our success, the power and new lives we are living and the friendship going forward.
Lots of love,
Tiffany
