How is everyone doing with water and exercise lately?

Doing well with the fluids. Drinking alot of Crystal Lite, Diet Ocean Spray and Bottled water. Still going to PT 3X's a week (at least until end of next week) and trying to do extra walking in between. I'll have to come up with a plan for once my PT is done so I don't slouch off.

You're doing great Ronna! At least you are drinking different things so you hopefully won't get bored. That's a big plus for you doing the extra walking. Okay let me know what you will do once PT is over with! Karen S.

I was good with water pre op and have maintained that since, I generally get 3 liters a day. Exercise...well, I am getting better at it, inspired by those who are committed and seeing results. Hugs, Tiffany
