Back to basics day 3!s

I made it through 3 days so far.... Yesterday I had B~32 ounces of coffee with 2 scoops protein powder..40 gr S~20 ounces of Isopure 40 gr protein.... L~Chicken S~Cheese stick low fat 9 gr protein D~Turkey, ham and cheese slice Water~~64 ounces 64 ounces of other fluids Total~128 ounces of fluids Proteins: 89 plus grams Exercise~ at least 3 miles of walking today. All vitamins..... No scales.....STILL Yay. Hope everyone had a good day... ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

You're doing great Chris Just remember to spread out your protein suppliments a bit. Our bodies can only absorb about 30grams at a time. Keep up the good work!
