Here are some protein drink recipes for the new Fall Season!

(and of course, use whichever brands you like the best, I will post the recipes with the kinds I use just for refrance)
Pumpkin Latte (hot or iced)
10 oz Carb/Calorie Countdown Chocolate Milk
1.3 Scoop Nectar Capuccino
3 heavy shakes of Pumpkin Pie ground spices
Hazelnut Nut Iced Capuccino
10 oz Carb/Calorie Countdown Chocolate Milk
1.3 Scoop Nectar Cappuccino
1 packet of Splenda Hazelnut flavoring
1 shake of ground nutmeg
Cinnamon Vanilla Icey Whip
8 oz Carb/Calorie Countdown Milk
2 heaping tbs of Free Whip by cool whip
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
5-7 ice cubes
1 Tbs Sugar Free flavoring syrup OR 1 packet of splenda vanilla flavoring
3 shakes of ground cinamon
