10 DAY COUNTDOWN:Day 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I made it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the last day of my P.B.diet. I have to admit that it was tough.
Today I had:
B-nothing
L-chicken
D-chicken
S-1/2 burger
And a couple SF popsicles
I will post the total weight loss from the last ten days first thing in the morning.
I started it at 190 and really wanted to get to 184 (100 lbs loss). We will see if I met that goal or dare I say...exceeded it? Thank you guys for all the support...Ronna,Jen,Karla,Lori,Lady bug and so many others have really been what got me through my rough patch and back on track. I am really trying to figure out where to go from here. I feel like in my life there is no "middle ground" or compromise. Either I am on a strict "diet" or I am out of control. I guess I will have to keep doing what I am doing but when I have an "occation" (pary,wedding,holiday) I should let myself have a little freedom for that event and then get right back on track. In the past I would always feel like if I screwed up the diet at a party,I could screw up for the rest of the day or week...
Okay,enough of my whining.

I was thinking that once I'm done (Saturday) that I may want to continue to do this say 3 days a week. That was I can keep myself in check and not go too crazy. I don't want to get too strick with myself or I know I'll rebel.......rebel hippie that I am

Congrats! Now don't go crazy... keep yourself on track... you know the rules... but I think it is a good idea to let yourself have little treats, as long as you can handle the "occasional" part....
