Update on doctor appointment

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to let you know that my labs all came back normal. They thought I was dehydrated or low on supplements but everything is okay. I was on a anti-biotic a month ago and they think my pouch is still queshy from that. I'm happy it is nothing serious and I can resume on with things. Carly, That is great news, I am so glad your labs are all normal. Being dehydrated can wreak havoc on us and antibiotics strip your system of any vitamins so it's no wonder you are going through that. Take care and it's great that nothing serious is going on. Karen S.

Great to hear that everything is OK. Did your doctor change your goal weight?

She still wants me to be at 145 but I'd be okay to loss more as I'm only 5'2. I'd be happy at 135.
