Plateau buster Lucky day#7
Hi everyone! Well I have done well so far today and the dya is almost over thank goodness
isopure shake
1 egg w/1 oz cheese
ispoure shake
3 oz chicken
3oz cottage cheese
maybe later another shake or a least a half
92 grams of protein so far, all vitamins and so far 15-8oz bottles of water : )

Not so great for me today
B: 1/2 yogurt
S: few bites of egg with cheese
L: 2 OZ curry chicken
S: 1 oz pstachios/cashews mix
I crave salt and have tried so hard to stay away while I am doing this PB
D: 2 OZ meatloaf, made with stuffing bread crumbs
Good on water and I drank a full Isopure
I feel like I did worse than I did !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Tori-dont beat yourself up-my monthly friend came early by 3 days and yesterday turned out not to be the best day for me either-I gave in and had a handful of popcorn, a cheese stick and a handful of pistachios about an hour after I posted my message yesterday-So obviously I didnt have the shake instead I had the above mentioned and I could kick myself in the butt bigtime but today is another day and we cant change what happened yesterday-stay strong, youll make it!!!!
