Today after work I had to sell T-shirts at our 2 8th grade football games. We did pretty good in sales. After the 1st quarter of the 2nd game, the heavens let loose so we packed it up fast and headed home. Here's what I ate today: B: Protein orange/banana/vanilla/strawberry shake S: handful of trail mix L: part of a South Beach chicken Asian wrap D: Baked Chicken w/ brown rice leftovers S: Salty popcorn & 2 SF cookies S: cottage cheese w/ splenda fruit Karla 337/213/150

Hi Karla! Thanks for keeping this post going. Sorry to hear about the rain... thats no fun, but at least you got to go home early Its been gloomy in DC, but I love fall weather, so I have been happy about it... lets hope the rain stays away though! Heres what I ate today: B: Protein Latte Iced L: LF Cottage Cheese, Carb Pears S: Apple slices, a bit of FF caramel dip D: Lemon Pepper Tuna, Ritz Crackers TOTALS: Cals~ 556 Fat~ 15 Carbs~ 45 Protien~ 65 Water- good Vits- nope Exercise- nope Tomorrow I am joinging the PB diet craze and starting to workout at the gym! Wish me luck. Its back to basics for me.
