PB Day#6
Hi everyone-
well today I have had the following
isopure shake
2oz cottage cheese
isopure shake
3oz chicken
3oz ricotta/mozzarella cheese out of a calzone
8-16oz bottles of H2o
all my vitamins
Thats all and I am really fighting having something sweet-I hate visits from my monthly friend(enemy) I cant wait until I hit menopause - haha
I hope everyone else is doing GREAT-I hope I will show a loss on Sat being that I will have my friend by then and every month previous to this I show nothing on the scale from the start of and then almost 1.5-2 weeks later and then its usually a big #-we will see-take care-Lori
