Today I did my 3 mile jog/walk or JALK. It was warmer than usual outside so I made sure to carry a bottle of water with me. So tell me how you are doing with your activity today? Karen S.

I worked out with our resistance weight system this morning. I usually alternate w/ bike or walking one day, weights the next. Karla 337/213/150
