L: 1 C. Chicken Chili Verde Soup (from trader joes, so yummy)
D: 1/2 an apple, Tbs of pbutter carmel dip
S: (plan to have) Protein Latte before bed.

Busy day today...got my hair cut and colored after work, picked my son up from football practice, went to Walmart, got take-out and then came home. I got some brown suede boots in the mail that I had ordered and was upset because they sent camel, not brown!

B: Big train low carb pancake w/ spam and SF syrup
S: handful of trail mix
L: Chicken enchilada insides
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
D: 1 beef/cheese enchilada, 1/4 c beans and 2 Tbsp. rice and 2 tbsp. guacamole and 1 SF ice cream bar

Ok Mary...today was a day I could not eat enough....I seemed hungry all day.....
