Day One: Plateau Buster Cosmic Style
Hi everyone! Honestly today has been the worst day in the history of my WLS.
I have been craving carbs like crazy... the toasts, the chips, the cookies, the cereal... yuummmmm But I haven't cheated! I've stayed away from the kitchen except to get my protein and water/tea/coffee.... but ugh, its been a struggle
B- 1 egg and cheese and Popsicle
S- Tuna
L- 3oz Chicken
S- Popsicle, Tuna
S- Protein coffee: ice, water, instant coffee, 1 thing sweet n low, 1 sc. vanilla protein powder- tasted just like my vanilla lattes
D- Probably some beans and cheese with protein powder... made it this afternoon
Liquids so far:
*Water- 80 oz so far... includes the coffee, crystal light and regular water
Cals Before Dinner: 563
Protein: 78
Carbs: 25

It must be something in the air-not just today but for the last several weeks I have been going crazy trying my best to avoid carbs like the ones you mentioned-UGH and another UGH-its day 6 for me on the PB diet and I am going a little loco at this point-Good luck to you during the next 9 days!!!
