Hey Cathy -- having my accountability moment! I didn't go to the gym as planned, but I did walk a mile and a quarter around the skybridge at work. What about you? As far as my plans for tomorrow, I will be hitting the gym after work, as I promised my middle child we would (she goes with me for free!). Lisa E

Lisa---- Thank you for remembering me!!!!!! Truth time:I walked for about 15 minutes with my daughter (only a stroll)------I haven't yet exercised today either...BUT I'm going for sure tomorrow in the AM---ask me again!!!!
