PB day#5 half way there

So far today: b- isopure shake s-1oz cheese l-2eggs+1oz cheese d-2oz chicken 90 grams of protein 15-8oz bottles of H2O All vitamins I did allow myself 1 apple slice-my monthly friend is coming for the visit by the end of the week and I was really craving something sweet-ugh I hope it didnt mess me up-I wish I was perfect but unfortunately I am not-Hope everything is going good for the rest of you-Lori : )

Lori, NO ONE is perfect. You know I am going through the same thing as you. Today I went out for lunch with friends. They all wanted chinese. I ended up eating the chicken from an order of chicken and brocolli.I know that sauce was not on the PB diet!!! We do the best we can and it is certainly better than nothing. Best of luck with the next half!

V and Lori I'm right there with you. I had 3 pieces of sugar free licorice. MMMso good, it was only 50 calories but definately not on the PB diet. But boy was it good. Anyway here is what I've had on my day 6: Breakfast - Nothing - I had a doctor's appointment and had to fast for the blood draw Lunch - 3 oz cottage cheese Snack - After PT I had a Protein Shake Dinner - 1oz lowfat switt, 2oz turkey breast (I made a rollup) S - will have another protein shake before bedtime so my sugar dosen't crash in the middle fo the night.

Good morning Ronna : ) MMMMMM licorice-was it black or strawberry? I miss licorice and havent seen it SF-where did you get it? I love black licorice!!!!! Lori

LORI, I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD TO COUNT MY SUGAR FREE CANDY ..I usualy have a few sf lifesavers and 2 or 3 sf coffee nips a day I had: B: two pieces of cheese L: Few bites of chicken S: few pieces of beef jerky D: 2 oz cheese 1 oz chicken I got my isopure in today , so I am good with protien nd okon my water. I hope the cany doesn't make this not work for me... HAVE A GREAT EVENING....5 DAYS TO GO TORI

Good morning Tori-It was my understanding that is it wasnt on the plateau buster diet list you arent supposed to have it-however having said that my monthly friend is coming by the end of the week and I do crave sweets around that time so I had some apple-was it on the list no but I had it and I still feel like I will be ok-dont stress too much-see what happens by the end of the 10 days at least you are eating sugar free and not sugar filled : ) Good luck today!
