Has anyone else had a problem with SF or no sugar added products? I had never had any problem eating them ex: SF ice cream, SF sensible cakes, SF chocolate etc and now as of a few weeks ago I cant tolerate those things at all-I dont eat a large portion by any means however when I eat what I do I tend to get headachy and a little discomfort in my stomach and intestines-Can you be ok with them early on and then develop and intolerance later? Hmmmmmmmmmm

I would look at the milk rather than the sugar substitute. I have developed lactose intolerance. I thought it was the fake sugar, but it isn't, it is the milk. What you are describing is lactose intolerance anyway. I now use lactaid milk and it tastes just like real milk and I don't have the problem. The fake sugar gives me gas real bad sometimes if I eat alot of it, like when I pig out on sf jolly ranchers. Sometimes it leads to the runs too. But it doens't upset my stomach like the milk does, nor as fast of a reaction. I really think it is a milk reaction. That is more likely to develop. Although, the other is possible. Bet this helped alot didn't it?

If the sugar alcohols are above like 10g on things I cannot tolerate them. Some days its even less. I've pretty much given up on SF ice cream and things cause they make me very sick.

Oh yes, I have had problems with SF products especially if the fake sugar content is too high. I bought the South Beach Bars and within 15mins I was heading for the bathroom...had to give them up quick.
