What's on the Menu for Saturday

Since Kay's computer passed away, I'll post for her today. I have been training all day (8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) for our church's climbing tower that is in memory of one of my friend's sons who died in Iraq a few years ago. They were training us to be facilitators for groups of people/students who want to climb the wall and rappel or get off using the zip line. I chickened out climbing today and going off the zip line when I saw the tower shaking w/ some of the heavier guys. I was going to do it tomorrow, but now have to go to my husband's aunts funeral instead. We had fun training. So what did you eat today? I had: B: Protein iced mocha latte S: Power Crunch bar L: few bites of fried fish and few bites of shrimp from gumbo, then I guess I won't try the fish that way again. It took 4 hours to get it out of my system. Water wouldn't even go down! S: Blue Bunny SF ice cream bar D: Taco Soup Vitamins: done Water: 88 oz. so far Exercise: games at training, standing on feet, belaying (?sp.) ropes w/ humans attached to them - took a lot of strength and skill Karla

I didn't know what to do with myself today. With the celebration over I don't have twenty things pressing at me at one time. It had been that way for a couple of months and now it is like I don't know how to relax and be easy. But then, I tend to be a workaholic anyway. B~nada L~nada S~ cheese and a few nuts D~ one tablespoon of cottage cheese, and three bites of fried chicken. (hubby took me out for dinner) Fluids~64oz Supplements~done Exercise~nothing planned or organized. Did a little shopping. Hazel

Hi Karla! Today I went to the emotional eating workshop. It was good/informative. I will post something about it tomorrow. Its late (1:40am) and I am too tired right now. Here is what I had today: B: Super Protein Iced Capucinno (super because I added extra milk and protein) L: 7 oz Fage 2% Yogurt, 2 pkgs Splenda (I was so full. Like sick.) D: Grilled chicken off ceaser salad, a few bites of greens S: SF Icecream bar, I very small pumpkin cookie TOTALS: Cals~ 771 Fat~ 32 Carbs~ 34 Protein~ 90
