Taking over... Fridays Menus?

I guess Kay is out having fun... so, I will take over for today... tell me: whatcha eat today? B: Protein Latte Mid-morning: 4 oz LF Cottage Cheese, 10 grapes Late-afternoon: 5 oz Broccoli Cheddar Soup D: 8 Soy Chips, 1 oz RF Shredded Jack Cheese, 2 tbs. Salsa S: SF Frozen Fruit Bar TOTALS: Cals~ 741 Fat~ 33 Carbs~ 51 (oops) Protein~ 65 I did not eat that much, but I guess it was just bad choices oh well.

Ok I am playing again today... B~ 8 oz 1 % milk with 2 scoops vanilla protein powder....40gr and 16 oz coffee....(YUM) L~salad at pizza hut... one small bread stick and cottage cheese... S~ 1/2 bean and cheese burrito D~ 1/2 bean and cheese burrito...approximately 10 tostito chips (small but bad) S~20 oz of Isopure protein drink 40gr Water/liquids~108 oz exercise~walked one mile Protein~80 plus ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris ~~hug

I haven't played for awhile, but will today. I need to start being accountable again. Not just eating to much or the wrong thing, but more often not eating enough of anything. B~scrambled egg with Sm sausage and salsa. S~slice Swiss cheese with thin sliced onion. L~ 1oz rst beef. 1oz ham. one Sm onion ring. S~2oz ham one slice wheat bread. D~ 1/2 oz chicken salad. two small bites Cole slaw, four small onion rings S~4 oz Havarti cheese. Didn't keep track of my fluids today. Hazel

Another 12 hour work day! So this is what Rufus got for Friday: B chocolate/banana protein shake = 30 grams of protein S cheese= 6 grams of protein L cottage cheese w/ unsweetened pineapple= 30 grams of protein S cheese = 6 grams of protein D green salad w/ ground roast chicken , shredded cheese, pecans, sunflower seeds and light dressing = 30 grams of protein total = 102 grams of protein Nancy B

Thanks Mary! I'm a day late but here is my menu... B~ 4 oz bluebery yogart and 1 HB egg (I only ate 1/2 the yolk) S~ 1/2 Q smart bar L~ 2 slices roast beef, cheese and mustard wrapped in lettuce leaf S~ 5 FF pringles D~ 2 oz steak w/ grilled onions S~ SF chocolate pudding w/ scoop of protein added Protein~ 70 grams Exercise~ 1.5 mile walk Water~ 60 oz Vitmains~ took them all! Hi Mary I'm day 3 of the PB so here is what I had: B - protein shake L - 2 oz grilled chicken breast and 1 oz lowfat swiss D - 3oz steak S - protein shake Drank 64oz crystal lite lemonade 32 oz diet ocean spray cranberr 2 - 16.9 bottles of water Vitamines and iron done Excersise - 15 minutes on the treadmill 2 walks outsite with Haley 15 minutes each Does running to the bathroom to pee all day count
