Plateau Buster Day#2
Hello everyone I am posting a few hours early today because I am going out for the evening with my husband and my son.
Anyway so far so good today heres how it has gone so far:
B-isopure shake made w/water
S-1oz cheese
L-2oz chicken/1oz tofu(I then realized after I ate it tofu isnt on the list ugh)
S-ispoure shake made w/water
So far 76 grams of protein,88.5 oz of H2O and all my vitamins, we are going out for dinner so I will probable have 3-4 oz of fish or maybe chicken-I plan on getting on the scale on Sunday so Ill update my weight then but tomorrow I will post my menu as well-Everyone take care and have a great weekend! lori

Several of us on the board started it and are posting daily during the 10 days we are doing it for added support.
How to break a plateau
#1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau
#2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day
#4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of high protein foods, 5x a day
beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese
cottage cheese
plain yogurt or artificially sweetened (?)
peanut butter
beans/legumes
You may also have:
sugar free popsicles
tea or coffee
sugar free soda
sugar free jello
broths/bullion
crystal light drinks
#5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!!
#6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily
