Plateau Buster Day#2

Hello everyone I am posting a few hours early today because I am going out for the evening with my husband and my son. Anyway so far so good today heres how it has gone so far: B-isopure shake made w/water S-1oz cheese L-2oz chicken/1oz tofu(I then realized after I ate it tofu isnt on the list ugh) S-ispoure shake made w/water So far 76 grams of protein,88.5 oz of H2O and all my vitamins, we are going out for dinner so I will probable have 3-4 oz of fish or maybe chicken-I plan on getting on the scale on Sunday so Ill update my weight then but tomorrow I will post my menu as well-Everyone take care and have a great weekend! lori

so far so good-however the weekend is upon me and thats usually when I have the most temptations since my routine is alot different on Sat & Sun-Ill weigh myself tomorrow and hopefully the numbers will be GOOD! I cant wait Lori

I had: B: 1/2 YOGURT S: 1 CHEESESTICK L: 1/2 HAMBURGER PATTY FEW BITES OF COTTAGE CHEESE D: 2 OZ CHICKEN FEW BITES OF REFRIED BEANS Had my Isopure and my water. I am going to wait until the ten days are over to weigh I wan to see the scale really move. Great job Ronna and Lori !!!!!!!!!!!! Tori

Hey Lori, What is on the list for the Plateau Buster Diet?? My scales haven't moved in 2 weeks. I'm down 98 pounds.....so close to 100 and only 4 pounds from being in Onederland. I need the push to get things moving again!!! HELP!!!!! Hugs, Dianne

Hi Dianne-here is what I received to my post "needing inspiration and help to kickstart my weight loss again" Hopefully it will help you as well Several of us on the board started it and are posting daily during the 10 days we are doing it for added support. How to break a plateau #1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau #2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day #3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day #4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of high protein foods, 5x a day beef pork chicken turkey lamb fish eggs low fat cheese cottage cheese plain yogurt or artificially sweetened (?) peanut butter beans/legumes You may also have: sugar free popsicles tea or coffee sugar free soda sugar free jello broths/bullion crystal light drinks #5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!! #6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily
