Have you noticed????
I cleaned and rearranged my room today...(First time I rearranged it since surgery) I have cleaned it since...
Anyways I noticed I do not have the same strength I had prior to surgery....I used to be able to move my dresser without any difficulty and today I really struggled.
Weird huh? Anyone else notice this?
~~hugs and well wishes~~

YES!! I have noticed this also... I have difficulty picking up my daughter(of course she's 5 and I dont pick her up often, but just lifting her to get on her horse is very hard for me) I am sure it has something to do with my protien levels since I have struggled with this from the beginning(I dont use supplements at all) but I am definitely not as strong as i used to be.

I have noticed that, also. I don't think it's a deficiency of any kind, but tend to agree with Jaci's reasoning that it's a lack of pure bulk anymore. I used to "put my weight" literally behind moving things and picking up, etc. LOL -- Now I'm missing that weight and so I don't have as much "oomph" to get things to moving.
