Chicken recipe and..My party for one is over....
Hi everyone I had a really good first day without kids. I got up and took my son to school and then came home and cleaned....Then I hung blinds and walked my two miles around the track. Then I went to walmart and found some really good buys..I decided to redo my kitchen again. I just did it in March nut you know how it goes..It was yellow and now it is metalic blue but this week it will be a shade of green. Perhaps I will post before and after pics.
Anyway then I went to victoria secrets and bought my first ever bra from there. I actually bought 2 bras (blue/pink) I couldn't find any matching undies but oh well. Then I bought sneakers for myself for walking and then came home and served dinner. I made this recipe from the main board called Medeteranian Chicken and it was good...
Here is the recipe:
Mediterranean Chicken in Slow Cooker
Vegetable oil spray
1 1/2 lb of boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 2 lbs of chicken thighs, skinned and fat removed
1 14.5 oz can crushed or diced tomatoes, undrained
3 T of vinegar or lemon juice
3 T of soy sauce (I use low sodium)
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of minced garlic or 2 med cloves minced (you can use garlic powder)
1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
Spray slow cooker with oil spray. Rince chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Put in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Calories: 178, Fat 8g, Protein 20g, Carbs 4g
