Watcha Eating on Thursday?

How is everyone doing today? I'm pretty good. Just had a boring day. I stayed home all day and did nothing except study and took a couple naps.
My menu~
B~ 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese
S~ Protein Coffee
L~ 1 FF hotdog (no bun) & a slice of cheese
D~ Will be.. 4 oz blueberry yogart but don't really want it.
S~ Protein coffee.. don't want this either
Protein~ 62 grams.. low but I'm not too hungry today
Water~ 34 oz so far
Vitamins~ on track
Exercise~ 1 mile walk in the rain
I have a question for you guys.. When you have days when you don't feel like eating, do you make yourself eat just to get your protein totals high or do you just not eat and don't worry about protein?
I made myself eat lunch and now I feel yucky. I didn't even want it but I was stressing over getting my protein numbers close to 75 today. The thought of drinking my last protein drink after dinner, makes me sick to my stomach.

Yes, on most days I do make myself eat to reach my protein goals. Sometimes I will double up on my shake instead. Sometimes I just give up and don't eat all that I should (especially on the weekends). But, most days I try to meet my protein goal... as the days go by it has been getting slowly easier to do that.
B: Iced Protein Capuccino Shake
L: 3" banana, 5 1/2 oz of Fage 2% yogurt
D: Panera... 2 oz Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Insides of 1/2 Turkey Artichoke sandwhich, a few tiny bites of the foccacia bread
TOTALS:
Cals~ 601
Fat~ 18
Carbs~ 39
Protein~ 76
Fluids~ Good
Vits~ Done
Exercise~ 1 mile walk after work. Not much, but I am building up so I will be ready to hit the gym (plan to start next week again)

I already posted on the PB thread but will repeat it here. This is day 2 for me of the PB diet:
B - protein shake
S- 3 oz cottage cheese
L- 3oz chicken breast
D - 3oz steak
Calories: 537
Fat: 9
Carbs: 13
Protein: 96
Wil probably have a sf popsicle or 2 later
Fluids: 88 oz so far
Vitamines and iron done
Excersise: 1 hour of Physical Therepy including leg presses with 30 pound weights on the total gym. Also 2 walks with Hawley about 10 minutes each

Hey Kay. I had to take 1/2 day off to wait for a Fedex package delivery. I took an 1 1/2 hr. nap. That was nice.
B: low carb tortilla w/ 2 Tbsp. cheese dip and 2 slices bacon
S: handful of trail mix & protein shake
L: 1/2 catfish filet and steamed veggies w/ cheese, then
S: popcorn at football game
D: roast w/ a little gravy
vitamins: In
Water: 88 oz. so far
Exercise: rode bike this morning

Water/fluids 76 ounces
Protein 80 + gr
Exercise...Walked one mile today. (I have a blister)
