Okay, another day of being SO well behaved. It seems that Ronna and Lori are going to be joining me in this adventure. I would love to have anyone else interested join in as well. I have the P.B. diet printed out and taped to my fridge. My typing is far to slow for me to re-write it in this post ( I would be here all night).Can someone add it to this thread if they can just cut & paste. Here is my menu for day 2; B-HB egg L-1/2 burger patty S-turkey bacon & cheese stick D-sliced chicken,sliced egg,sliced fetta S-turkey bacon & cheese stick I have also had a ton of water and a couple of sugar free popsicles.

For anyone who is interested, here is a copy of the PB Diet: Plateau Buster Diet How to break a plateau #1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau #2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day #3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day #4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day beef pork chicken turkey lamb fish eggs low fat cheese cottage cheese plain yogurt or artificially sweetened (?) peanut butter beans/legumes You may also have: sugar free popsicles tea or coffee sugar free soda sugar free jello broths/bullion (sp?) crystal light drinks #5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!!

OK, here is what I had today: 1/2C Cottage Cheese $ 12/C grapes (will forgo the grapes tomorrow) Protein shake 2oz turkey & 1 oz lowfat swiss rolled up Protein Shake 3oz Chicken Breast Lots and lots of water and crystal lite I've been to the BR about 10 times This gives you tons of protein - 133 grams today

Veronica, Looks like you are doing a great job. I hope the scales move again today for you. I did ok except for those fries .... B - protein latte S - Steak L - Chicken Breast, lettuce, tomato and about 4 FF that snuck inot my mouth D - 1 tablespoon chili and 2 SF candies God Bless, Jen
