What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Heyyy girls
How's it going today? For me it's been good. After school, I came home and did lots of homework,cleaned my bathrooms and played in my garden for a while. Other than that, nothing exciting going on in my neck of the woods.
My menu~
B~ 2 strips of bacon & 1/2 slice of wheat toast
L~ Steamed crab legs & Shrimp
S~ SF Popsicle
D~ Baked Chicken leg & Salad w/ cheese, cucumbers, croutons, bacon bits and lite ranch.
S~ Protein Coffee
Protein~ 82 grams
Water~ 38 oz so far
Vitamins~ on track
Exercise~ 1.5 mile walk

Evening Kay!!! I haven't finished my day yet... but I know what I'll be having,
B- Atkins Bar
L- Tuna and 5 Wheat Ritz Crackers
S- No sugar added Eskimo Pie
D- Mommy's making Salmon, and we'll probably have green beens to go with it. I might make me a salmon salad! I dunno lol
I had two lattes from starbucks today too... they have 11 grams protein each...

Water- so far 32, plus 32 for the lattes
Exercise: Played my tuba and walked all over campus hauling it around. Working with the rabbits tonight too.

Hey Kay. Hope you are liking school. That's great you started. I worked until 12:30, then went to Houston and bought a new car. I just got home a little while ago.
On the menu:
B: Protein Orange/vanilla/banana shake
S: handful of trail mix
L: taco soup
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: 2 SF choc. mint cookies and chicken enchilada insides
Vitamins: In
Water: 88 oz.
Exercise: worked out on weight machine this morning

Howdy doo everyone! Well no sleep for me again today, I gotta get this whole kids & school & third shift thing into gear, and really soon. Mom's cannot live on two and three hours daily....but yet somehow we manage to?? I really think I need to do the plateau buster too, I still can't really get the darn scales to budge. I can't complain though, at least it's not going up like the old days!!
b~ about a half cup of oatmeal w/ splenda brown sugar & 3 thin bacon slices
s~ super huge (32oz) protein s/f decaf hazelnut iced coffee (still telling myself it has a million mg's of caffeine in it haha)
l~ 1/2 cup leftover taco meat from yesterday w/ shredded l/f cheddar& f/f sour cream w/ 4 low carb tortillia chips ( i was really hungry, couldn't believe it!!)
s~ 1/4 cup peanut butter fluff ( pnut butter, f/f cream chz, splenda, vanillia all whipped together) with a dab of s/f cool whip on top!!
d~ 4 small shrimps with some garlic concoction on them ( sounds good, but was really fake rich tasting, kinda yucky in my opinion)
s~ another 32 oz. protein s/f decaf hazelnut iced coffee
liquids: 80 oz and counting ( i get more in over the course of the night at work)
vits: chomp, chomp, chomp gulp
exercise: hate to say it, but not much beyond walking and general running around so far today, will work on this tonight
