Does anyone have the recipe for these "cookies"? I think it's been a couple of months since I've seen them posted and of course I didn't write it down then. Jen

Hi Jen, I found this recipe for the cookies: cooked 13 minutes and it was a double batch consisting of 2 C Splenda 2 Eggs 2 C peanut butter 1 Tblsp vanilla flavoring Cook at 350* 10-15 minutes or another variation of it is: 1 c peanut butter 1 c splenda 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. It really improves the cookies texture by mixing the ingredients with the electric mixer instead of by hand. Let cool on a wire rack for 2 hours prior to putting in airtight container. Karen S.

Hmm, not sure. Sorry about that I had saved this recipe and didn't notice that. I hope someone else comes up with the right ingredients. Karen S.

I've done these: 1 cup PB 1 cup protein powder 1 cup oatmeal (not instant) 1 cup splenda mix together and separate into balls---each about 100 cals and 10 g protein--they're addictive--even my kid eats 'em! Cathy

Mine are more like the second recipe: 1 c oatmeal 1 c protein powder 1 c SF syrup (I use Steel's Maple SF) 1 c peanut butter You just mix it, roll into balls, and refrigerate - no cooking. Karla
