Have you missed me? Our centennial celebration is over and now I can have a life again. Even thought I have not done much posting the past few weeks, I have kept track of you all. Have missed each and every one of you, but am so proud of your continued progress. I will post about our celebration as time goes on. Love you all.

Haven't lost a lot, but did finally break out of the 160's. I have lost a lot in size though. I really believe it is my body rebuilding muscle mass. You know muscle is smaller, but weighs more. Thanks for the compliment.
