Helloooo everyone How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I stayed home today, did laundry and cleaned up. Then I worked for a couple hours. That's the details of my exciting day! I hope everyone had a great day! I haven't had a big apetite today. Probably because I ate too dang much yesterday. Here is my menu... B~ Protein Coffee L~ Power crunch bar D~ 4 oz Blueberry yogurt S~ Protein Coffee Water: 42 oz so far Vitamins: on track Exercise: laundry and cleaning Have a nice evening, Kay

Goog Evening to all! Well, being a third shifter and the fact that this was the first day of school for my babies (boohoo, one in preschool & one in kindergarten)I was up for about 31 hours before bed today, so I am kinda screwed up in the food & exercise dept's. I am going to have to haul it around the plant tonight extra hard on my walk breaks!! Hope everyone had a great day!! b: super extra huge protein s/f hazelnut decaf iced coffee (kept telling myself it was loaded w/ caffiene) s: 3 whole wheat ritz w/ 1 TBS peanut butter total l: 1 slice low carb whole wheat w/BBQ turkey pattie s: finally got to sleep so I slept right through it!! d: hubbys taco salad creation (1/4 c lettuce shreds, 1/4 c taco meat (gr. sirloin), 1 TBS shred lowfat cheddar, f/f sour cream, 3 tortillia chips (ucky low carb kind!!) s: probably another super extra huge protein decaf s/f hazelnut iced coffee before work. My whole day is all screwed up, hopefully it will get on track tomorrow! water & liquids 60 oz (but I have the night still!) vits: all chewed up!! exercise: does running youir butt off with the kids count?? will power walk tonight in & out of work and at break, just like every night. No curves today unfortunatley. ~SassyLu~

Hey Kay! I was on jury duty today and got picked to be on a jury Friday for a theft case. I was Athletic Boosters tonight. On the menu: B: 1 low carb tortilla w/ 2 Tbsp. LF cream cheese and 2 strips bacon S: 1/2 protein bar L: 1/2 grilled blackened catfish fillet and few bites of steamed veggies S: Protein shake & 2 SF cookies D: Chicken enchilada insides Vitamins: done Water: 92 oz. so far Exercise: rode bike this morning Karla

Everyone's menu sounds more delicious then mine...but here goes: B~ PowerCrunch Bar S~ OhYeah! Bar L~ OhYeah! Bar S~ You'll never guess....OhYeah! Bar D~ Chicken Salad.
