New Protein Bar - that tastes good!

I went to the Vitamin Shoppe when I got out of class today to re-stock on Power Crunch Bars. I don't really like them, but the Triple Chocolate ones are tolerable if you freeze 'em. They've changed the packing, and some of the nutritional stats (I know this b/c i had the old wrapper in the car from breakfast!) Nothing too big...195 calories now instead of 185, 11 grams of fat instead of 9 (4 saturated), 10 carbs now, 5 sugars instead of 4, and 15 of protein. Anyway, the sales lady said she just got some new wafer kind, they're by ISS and called OhYeah! I tried the mint chocolate, and it comes in 2 wafer sticks instead of a big one, here are the stats: Serving Size: 2 sticks Calories: 180 From Fat: 111 Total Fat: 12 Sat:5 Total Carb: Ready..... 3! Sugars: 2 Protein: 15 But here's the thing...they taste good! Like...good! The sales lady is of an average size, and eats them as a treat, because she likes them! I don't do shakes, tried a million, and the PowerCrunch is the only bar I can stand, so it feels like Christmas! The only caveat, they are a little more expensive...$1.69 per bar i think...and I paid 13 something for a box of 9. Anyway...i was so excited I had to share. Aileen 323/219/150ish

Jaci, You can get Vitamion Shoppe online I don't have one real close either so I shop with them online.

I went to Vitamin Shoppe last week and noticed the same things about the power crunch bars. "Oh Yeah" bars sound great and I will look for them the next time I'm there. Thanks for sharing your new find kay

Aileen they sound really good. I love mint flavored stuff. But the fat content seems high. I also "hate" power crunch and have been eating either QSmart Bars or Luna Bars for a treat.
