Late but.. Whatcha Eat for Labor Day?
Hey yall
I'm sorry I didn't post this on time but we were at the lake all day enjoying this beautiful weather. I was gonna just skip it but I guess its better late than never?!
Everything I ate today...
B~ 2 FF hotdogs dipped in mustard ( no bun) .. ate over an hour
S~ 8 FF pringles and 1/2 pickle spear
L~ Hamburger pattie w/ cheese, lettuce and mustard & 1/2 corn on cob
S~ 8 FF pringles
D~ 4 X-large grilled shrimp and 1 hotwing
S~ 2 SF ginger snap cookies
I am stuffed!!! I feel like I ate all day but we did a lot of walking and fishing so I guess I was working it off as I ate
Water: 55 oz
Exercise: a lot of walking
Vitamins: done!

Nope I ate and ate all day lol... and only worked at LB for 4.5 hours to compensate lol!
B- Atkins Bar
S- 1 small white peach and 1/2 c cottage cheese
L- Granola Bar, 100 cal tapioca
S- 8 triscuits with low sugar strawberry jelly
D- 2 Eggs, 1 piece of toast, some cheese
S- Russel Stover Bar, had to try it out...
And I ate a small bag of doritos at work! Ugh

Cals: Lets Not Go There lol
Vits: DONE

S: popcorn & 1 c CC Choc. Milk
D: Chicken Enchilada insides
Vitamins: In
Water: 96 oz.
Exercise: cleaning out 2 closets
