protein pancake
Hi everyone-Ive seen a couple versions of this posted before but here is one I found the other day in my fitness mag, Ive made it and the whole family loves it!
1 whole egg
4 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder(unflavored)
1/2 cup of oatmeal
dash of cinnamon or whatever spice you like to add some flavoe and depending if you want it sweet or savory)
Mix everything together and cook like a pancake-serve with sf syrup or fruit
Of course this is more than 1 serving-I measured it out and made 4 2oz portions
