Whatcha Eating on Sunday?
Heyyy everyone
How is everyone doing today? I'm great! We are on the way to a friends so I'm posting early today.
After church we went to the grocery store to buy stuff for tomorrow's picnic then just came home, studied a littled and watched tv. Just a relaxing kinda day
If your a crab leg lover like I am.. Harris Teeter has crab legs $ 2.99 a lb. Great Sale!!
My menu~
B~ Protein Coffee
S~ 3 cheese cubes, 2 pita chips and 1 watermelon chunk.. samples at Harris Teeter
L~ Protein Coffee
D~ Crab legs, 1/2 lobster tail, broiled shrimp and 1/2 small red potato
S~ SF popsicles.. if I get the munchies
Water.. 40 oz so far
Vitamins.. on track
Exercise.. shopping

Wow, for $2.99 a lb I may even drive from New York to buy some crab legs. The least that I've ever bought them (on sale) is $7.99 a lb. We don't have a Harris Teeter around here..
I loveeeee Alaskan king crab legs--yummm!!
Here's my menu:
B: powercrunch bar (never changes because I hate breakfast)
L: watermelon with cottage cheese
S: a whole banana (usually only eat 1/2, but I was really hungry after trimming shrubs)
D: hubby just went to supermarket & bought porterhouse steaks for dinner--yum!
S: probably a Edy's fruit bar
exercise: Sunday is my day off from exercise
Water: working on it
Vitamins: on track

Hi all! I had the looooooooooongest night at work ever, so I asked them to call me off the first 4 hours tonight. I'm hoping I get off the whole 12 hours!! Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- 1 oz. Naturally slender amer. cheese, 1 oz. turkey ham, 1 slice WW/LC bread, 4 cucumber slices and drsg
4 a.m.- atkins granola bar
6 a.m.- 8 oz. skim milk
4 p.m.- protein hot chocolate
6 p.m.- 2 oz. turkey burger, 1 slice LF cheese on tortilla, some mustard and ketchup, a little bit of salad
For a snack tonight I'll probably have a powercrunch bar.

We just got home from Church, visiting relatives, and are finishing up our meal to take the coaches in a few minutes. Then we're taking my sister in law out for a birthday dinner.
ON the menu:
B: Russel Stovers Blueberry breakfast bar
S: Protein drink and trail mix
L: most of patty/cheese/1/2 of top bun from Sonic burger
S: 3 bites brisket, 1 Tbsp. potato salad, and 1 little bite cheesecake
D: 1/4 lb. boiled shrimp
Vitamins: done
Water: 64 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: nada today.

D~ 2.5oz. turkey meatballs/ 1/4 cup elbow macaroni/ fat free sauce

I had a quiet Sunday. We went to church, out for lunch then I took a 5 hour nap.
Tomorrow we are going to take the kids to the zoo and then grill chicken when we get home.
B - Proetin coffee
L - chicken and beef fajitas, 1/2 tortilla, 1 bite beans and rice, 1 bite roll and 2 croutons
D - 2 slices cheese, 2 slices chicken
S - SF popcicle and cheese puffs!!!!!!!!!!
water - way low b/c I slept through my drinking time!

exercise - well I slept
