Whatcha Eating on Saturday?

Hi Guys:
Well, it's been raining cats & dogs here (and I already have enough of those). A friend stopped by with her 1 year old australian shepherd and a 4 month old aussie puppy. We had such fun playing with them. Add those to my 3 dogs and 3 cats and you'll get an idea of the noise. Went to the mall and Walmart this evening..nothing exciting.

S: 1/2 banana
D: Outback Steakhouse..yum,,,ate 1/2 of my steak, a about 1/4 of my baked potato. That potato tasted soooooo good, and a few spoonsful of soup

Went to the gym this morning but only did the treadmill & bike--just didn't have the energy to finish my workout. The rain from Ernesto is wearing me out.

Sounds like ya'll had a nice Saturday. I went to the park and walked and then to the hospital to visit my stepfather, then to Wal Mart. By the time I got home it was 11:00 am. I then put everything up and took a nap! I cleaned the house this afternoon w/ my son's help and am doing laundry. I also made a quadruple batch of taco soup and a chocolate sheath cake. We're feeding the HS football coaches tomorrow evening. I also made extra soup for our supper and to give my mom tomorrow. I hope I'm done w/ everything by 8:00 p.m. so I can take a shower and chill. We were at the football game last night and had to leave the last quarter to go to the emergency room to meet my mom and stepdad. His incision from his hip replacement surgery 10 days ago was bleeding a lot. They admitted him for a few days, and we got home at midnight.
ON the menu:
B: 1/2 protein bar
S: 1 low carb whole wheat tortilla w/ 3 pieces ready cooked bacon and 1 Tbsp. LF cheese
L: Protein Instant Breakfast & some soy chips w/ LF ranch dip
D: Taco Soup
Vitamins: In
Water: 88 oz. so far
Exercise: walked 2 miles at park & cleaned house & shopped at Wal Mart

Hi ladies. I slept again all day today after I got home from work. It's still raining here and the perfect sleeping weather. I took a sleeping pill when I got home from work and overslept! But I feel rested. Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- greek salad w/ 2 oz. chicken, 1 oz. FF feta cheese, 2 cucumbers and lite greek drsg
4 a.m.- protein coffee 24 g protein...i added SF vanilla caramel creamer...tastes like heaven!
6:30 a.m.- about a serving of goldfish....they are addicting, but I needed a carb pick me up...i was really busy at work
8:30 a.m.- iced protein coffee- 34 g protein
I woke up about 4 and the tummy was growling so much it woke me up, so I had 2 cucumber slices w/ drsg and about 15 pretzel goldfish
6:15 p.m.- pizza made w/ 1/2 Whole wheat english muffin, 2 tbsp pizza sauce, 1 oz. FF mozzarella and 8 turkey pepperoni and 8 oz. CC Choc milk 1/2 hour before this
I'll probably have some cucumbers and drsg for a snack tonight when I get the munchies.

We took the kids to the pool. Came home chilled for a while and then went to WalMart.
I need a good kick in my hindend.

I was a bit occupied last night at a huge bash for my college's band fraternity (pics posted soon).... So I'm posting late... sorry!!!!
B- Raspberry yogurt and Cottage cheese
L- 1/2 cup mac and cheese- there isn't anymore I promise! lol
S- Atkins Bar
D- At the Bash: Cottage cheese, cantaloup, like 2 raviolis, some potatoe salad and an tiny bit of macaroni salad. I did have some white cake and a peanut butter kiss
This was all over 4 hours! lol
S- like at midnight I had another atkins bar
Water: 40 oz...
Vits: Check
Exercise: Very Good... Jack and boogieing on the dance floor baby!
