YEAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
How is everyone doing today? I'm great. We are on the way to the park for a while so I'm posting early. This weather is beautiful! I wi**** could stay like this. I had two classes this morning then stopped by TJ Maxx. My mom sent me a gift card because she know's I need britches. I found 2 pair. Then I stopped by Goodwill for a sweater because it's so cold in my classes.
I think this weekend, we are just gonna chill out and get ready for Labor day. Who has exciting weekend plans??
Ok enough of my yappin. Here's what I ate today...
B~ 10 oz Protein coffee
S~ Beef jerky
L~ Turkey burger (no bun) topped w/ cheese, grilled onions and lettuce
S~ 8 oz Protein coffee
D~ 2 oz steak w/ grilled onions & steamed broccoli
Protein = 88 grams
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: 2 mile walk
Vitamins: on track

Kay. I like your yappin'. We go to our first Varsity football game tonight. We have to be there by 6:00 to set up to sell T-shirts and caps, etc. for Athletic boosters. I hired a lady to help me, so she'll sell once the game starts. I'm making my son help during half-time so I can watch half-time. Tomorrow I'm going to walk at the park, go to Wallie World, come home and clean house, cook Taco Soup, Chocolate Sheath cake for all the HS coaches to feed the Sunday evening. Sunday we'll go to SS and church, visit my cousin and aunt at my mom's, then feed the coaches at 5:30. A friend is making the rest of the food. Monday Ben practices for football and I'm chillin' and maybe working on my scrapbooks.
On the menu:
B: Protein Orange/vanilla/banana shake
S: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ splenda apricots
L: 1/2 c sloppy joe guts & handful of trail mix & 100 cal. pkt doritoes (secret pal's fault)
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: 1 buffalo chicken strip
S: probably a little popcorn at game. I'll walk it off in the morning.

Hi everyone! My day was great....I slept all day! I took a sleeping pill this morning after work because it's so rainy outside and a perfect day to sleep. It felt so good sleeping that I overslept! But anyhoo...here's what I had:
12 a.m.- protein hot chocolate 23 g protein
4 a.m.- Wayyyyy too many goldfish!
6:30- RF cheese stick and 4 saltines
9 a.m.- protein hot chocolate 23 g protein
6 p.m.- 8 oz. CC Choc milk and 1/2 hr later 3 oz. baked chicken breast, rice and mashed potatoes 1 tbsp each, and small piece of wheat roll w/ butter
For snack tonight I think I'll have a power crunch bar to up my protein a bit
I'm off to work again...have a good one!

Your yapping is awesome! I have decided to keep track of my intake again.. and guess what!? I see a loss on the scale - who woulda thunk it!? LOL! I spent all day shopping! I want to wear this little black dress that I have (missy XL thankyou very much) and needed some "support" for underneath.
Needless to say, I cam home with bags full of stuff and only one thing I bought helped out! I owned support part #1 already lol... sooo I have lots of things to return on Monday lol! I'm going to my college's band fraternity's 10 Year Charter Renewal Anniversary party with Tommy and wanna look smokin.
I have the dress, I got awesome heeled shoes- yes heeled- I have the jewels (dunno if I bling bling or bold black) and I got the makeup and stuff ready. Now I have to figure out what to do with my hair! lol!
Ok, enough of my yapping lol..... Here's what I ate:

S- Pop Corn- I ate the whole friggen bag over like 1.5 hours! LOL
