Post Op Planner
Ok, I admit... I have been pretty bummed about my lack of weight loss this month... I've bounced from 216 to 220 all month and it pretty much sucks. But I've been at 218 the most...
So, just for fun, I wanted to check and see how far off I was according to the Post Op planner on this site... well what do you know? It says I'm on track at 218 for the 8th month to losing 100% of the excess weight! Whoo hooo! I guess my body just needed time to readjust? I can see a difference in the way eerything fits- like the body is shifting, but surely can't tell in weight and haven't done my measurements yet to find out on those... but my advice to those being bummed... check out the planner, you might surprise yourself!

Jaci, thanks so much for posting this! I had no idea this thing was even on here, and it made me feel great about my progress! I also put in the numbers for 100% weight loss, and it said that I am 3 pounds less then where I am supposed to be for 7 months out, so since I am 7 months and 1 week, I am right on target too! Yay for us!
