I had 1/2 Isopure 20 grams protein. I have been splitting them up 1/2 one day the rest the next I think its helping my hair getting the extra protein. Tori

Hey Mary 6 oz CC w/ scoop of Orange Champian protein (gross) = 32 grams I'm using some samples I had stashed in the drawer. I don't know what's taking my protien to come from vitalady.com. I will NEVER order from her again. I miss my Nectar Capp. It's my favorite protein. Kay

My PPH was an Protein Iced Mocha Latte =33 g protein. I would think it's the caffeine making me "addicted" to them, but I use decaf instant coffee! Karla 337/216/150
