Hi Kay,
My day was uneventful except for the fact that I was in a fender/bender accident this morning. A young girl (probably 18 or 19) rear ended me at a stop sign. She was so upset. It didnt' do any damage to my car or hers, but I did jam my thumb against the steering wheel. She was crying so hard I'm not sure if she heard me say that I was ok. I did get her name & phone number just in case, but there wasn't any big problems.
Here's my menu:

D: We ordered take outs from our favorite Italian restaurant. I had about 5 bites of chicken parmesan (it was not very good tonite), 1/2 of hubby's meatball and about 4 forkfulls of spaghetti....YUP...spaghetti. So far, so good
It tasted like Heaven--I haven't had pasta since Dec.--I probably won't have any again for a long time, but it sure was good

I have actually been loving the weather here. It is almost like fall. Best of all: the humidity is GONE!
Now if the leaves would turn, I would be in heaven (I am so in love with fall).
Anyway, here is my days food:
B: Protein Iced Latte (1 Scoop Nectar Capuccino, 1 C. Cc Chocolate Milk)
L: 2 oz Santa Fe Turkey (from deli), 1 oz RF Provalone
S: 20 Tomato Basil Soy Crisps
D: Insides of a Supreme Lean Pocket Ultra, a bite of the crust, 5 grapes, 3 almonds

HI everybody! Today I got a huge bag filled with clothes from a girliefriend and I felt like it was Christmas!
and then I went shopping and got myself a pair of pretty but simple looking shoes! My other ones are way too big now. I think I overdid it walking with heels because now my legs and lower back are protesting. Will I ever learn??

Hi all! I had a lazy day as well. I just slept on the couch on all day and it felt good! Here's what I had:
B- Atkins shake
S- protein iced coffee 34 g protein
L- 1 oz. turkey ham, 1 oz. RF american cheese, LF mayo 1 slice LC/Whole Wheat bread 8 oz. CC Choc milk 1/2 hr later w/ meds
D- 3 oz. chicken, 1 tbsp rice, 1 tbsp mashed taters, 1 tbsp carrots, 1 small slice of wheat bread and butter
S- 1 RF cheese sqaure w/ 3 RF ritz

I had a busy day. Not getting to post this until Friday morning. We didn't get back from our football game until 10:00 p.m. Late night! We went to Jasper, TX. They have always been rough and play dirty. The coach was telling them to hit them below the knees. They wiped out 2 more of our boys and hurt several others. It looked more like a battle field part of the time. The game took so long because of all the stopping time for the injured. I don't recall one of theirs being down. But, we tied 12-12! Even w/ all the hurting, they stayed tough. Unfortunately one of the hurt was my son's friend whose dad died at 45 yrs. old 3 weeks ago from diabetes complications. Their insurance ran out at midnight last night. His mom was getting him to the hospital for an MRI as soon as they got in last night.
On the menu:

S: handful of dry roasted peanuts/trail mix
L: 1/2 c sloppy joe guts
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
S: Protein Bar / 2 c popcorn at game
D: insides of Jack in Box chicken fajita pita w/ 2 bites of pita (dog ate rest and some of insides)
