Topic: RE: Totally Bummed!
Hi Denise,
Please do not get discouraged sweetie, everybodies body reacts different to the surgery. The wonderful thing is that you have lost 92lbs and hopefully forever. I noticed that you stated you are snacking and not exercising. EVerybody snacks to an extent but you definitely need to incorporate exercise with your tool. I would suggest attempting to go back to the basics as well as adding some form of exercise into your routine and this may jump start your weight loss.
Right now I am dealing with weight game post-op but I am also 3 days away from being 5 months pregnant. I have only gained 12lbs thus far but any weight gain after working so hard to lose it is hard post-op.
Just stay focused and write down some goals for yourself and do what it takes to make them happen.

Topic: HAD MY TT ON MONDAY!!!!!
Hi everyone!!!! I just had a TT on Monday and am recuperating at home.
I guess I was expecting the worse, but it really wasn't all that bad. I think the worst was the nausea from the anesthesia after the surgery.
The pain is bearable. I'm having the staples taken out tomorrow!!!
This was my last step in completing my change over to the "losing side".
I hope everyone is doing well, and is accomplishing their goals. Remember, our weight is just a number, what's really important is how we feel and if we have been able to conquer our health problems prior to the WLS.
Have a wonderful weekend and God Bless everyone!!!
I don't know how I would have gotten through the past 13 months without all of your support and care. Thank you, you are all angels!!!
Love and Aloha, Pat

Topic: RE: anyone had a post op ct scan?
I had an attack that sounds similar and I ended up with gall stones. I just had emergency gall bladder surgery Tuesday. If it's gall stones, get them to take it out ASAP if they can, repeat attacks get worse. My first was 15 minutes, second was 5 hours and third was nonstop until the took it out.

I have had something going on underneath my breastbone and to the left under the ribs, hurts to put any pressure. They have done all ct, xray, and found nothing? Mystery to me.

Topic: A Star may be born!!
Hey Everyone
First of all let me share that I am 1 pound from goal as of this morning. I am so stinking excited.
The other news is that on Friday I am going to shoot a commerical for my dr. He is doing a commerical to help boost his business since he left the Cori Centers and he wanted me to be in it. I get to be in a workout room, exercising. I am nervous but excited at the same time. I would do anything to help boost his business considering I think this saved my life.
I hope everyone else is doing well!
