I am in the same boat, too but I'm having a lot of issues (vomiting, gastric issues, bloating, etc) after I eat. I still dump, too, but I recently researched it and found out it is called a "Candy Cane Roux" issue and it qualifies us for reconstructive surgery if you have it.
I'm looking into it now but I know of one person on here that has that issue and had reconstructive surgery and has lost the weight again.
hey you guys
GOOGLE: Candy Cane ROUX
This is MY problem and others on here have it, too and they have had reconstructive surgery that they RE-LOST ALL THEIR WEIGHT!
I'm looking into this and I have just called my surgeon.
I will report back when I find out something.

I work for the gov't and we just went through a RIF. I was one that gets to keep their job so hopefully the stress eating will slow down.
I am unfamilar with the 5 day pouch test-but can relate to putting ourselves on a time out. That is what my doc calls it where you do only liquids. What is sashimi???
BTW, things that go crunch can also be ice chips(my dentist is having a cow right now)
I'm sorry you are going through this. However, as I am in the same boat, it's good to have company.
I know that I don't drink enough water. how about you? I should be walking more, but find there are so many excuses... and I have used them all. My daughter in law bought me a treadmill... to match hers. We are trying to encourage each other.
You are not alone.
