Topic: Had back procedure today
I had a surgical procedure performed on my back today. They did an injection of steroids and antiinflammitories. I was VERY nervous , but the worst part was the I.V. . I woke up to the words " O.K. ...that's a wrap." No pain so far....hope it lasts.
I came home and slept. My hunny bunny was with me every step of the way.
Now maybe I can FINALLY resume excercising and shed these last lbs. forever!!:

Hello Lou Ann,
I am in the process of restarting my tool. I got pregnant at 9 months post-op and gave birth to my sweet daughter last Monday, so I am now trying to get back on the losing trail.

Topic: Gave Birth to Alyssa!!
Hello Ladies,
I missed each and every one of you. Alyssa and I are finally home and I thought I would take the time out to share our story and some pictures.
My husband, mother, and I arrived at the hospital on Monday morning at 6am and they had me hooked up to the monitors and petocin by 6:30am. Upon reviewing the monitors the nurse on call advised me that I was already having contractions and would have had the baby that day regardless. I guess since my water had not broken I really could not feel the contractions. She then checked me and I was dilated 4. At 7am my OB came in, checked me, and broke my water. At the point I was offered an epidural but I declined since it was early, I was only dilated 4, and I thought I had plenty of time to get one.
MAN!!!! My first set of contractions without the water in place nearly made me come off the table; I was not expecting that. Finally around 9am my contractions were so strong until I could not take it any longer and I asked for an Epidural. The Anesthesiologist came in and did it at 9:30am and at 9:52am Alyssa Danielle was born. I was advised that had I of waited 5 more minutes I would not have been able to get one.
She came out after two pushes and made her presence known with the sweetest cry. She has truly been an angel and I am blessed to have a baby that is not fussy at all.
