I have not been able to use them since early post op. They caused me such constipation problems that I ended up having to see a colon/rectal surgeon due to the damage the constipation had caused me internally (sorry, tmi, I know). I am finally now at 18mths post op getting my problems pretty much cleared up. I can't do the drinks or the bars, so I've been getting all of my protein from foods. I have not had any problems with losing~or gaining~weight as long as I stick with the program. Do you find that when you cut back on the supplements that you're eating alot more food or the wrong foods b/c you're hungry??? Just wondering why the weight gain??? I am just slowly and I still haven't hit goal yet. I am about 2lbs from it and its driving me nuts. I'm going on 19mo out. I was hoping to get to 125 but not sure thats gonna happen with just loss alone. After PS I'm sure I'll be there but still you kinda want to hit goal ya know. Esp if we are suppose to gain a certian percent back. If you haven't hit goal then your already one foot in the door ya know! Marti 253/132/??
