Amy, You might have a hernia. Although if it gets bigger I would see a doctor if possible. You don't want to play around with your health. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!! Becky P.

Elsa, Who said your honeymoon was over???? That is not necessarily true. I had my surgery 1/17/05, I weighed 218 day of surgery Sep 30 2006 I weighed 141 Today I weigh 124 am at at my goal and maintaining So at 9 mos out you certainly still can continue to lose. Just make sure you are doing everything you are supposed to. Fluids, protein first, and move to lose. Don't get discouraged as the "window" does not have a set time frame. Many continue to lose well after 1 year out. HUGS Mary

Hello, I had my surgery jan 26, 2006. I dont feel I've lost as much as I expected. I hear my hunnymoon period is over. Where were you this time last year, compared to now. Have you continued to loose? I've only gone from 235 to 160 and have been there for 2 months. Is this it? I'm only 4ft 9 and need to loose another 50 lbs. What do I have to look forward to? Elsa

I just found this at WalMart and decided to try some. It is 16 oz and has 5 grams of protein. Not as much as the Isopure, but cheaper and tastes better! So far I have only tried the Lemon Twist, but they also had Tripical Blend and Strawberry Kiwi. It is 50 cal., 8g. sugar & 8 g. carbs. Not perfect, but easy to get down with no after taste! Cheri

Hi Everyone I had my surgery last year in CT and have since moved to Long Island NY. I have been staying at the same weight for the last 4-5 mths. My problem is that I thin****ep eating too much, although I'm not sure if this is what it is. I seem to be bloated in the pouch where it kinda sticks out more. When I first wake in the morning its down a little but not flat. Am I eating too much Did i stretch the pouch what should i do? I don't have medical insurance right now so can't very well go see a doctor about this.
