Racy, you look fantastic! I am coming up on my 2 years and I swear that I get more scared every day. It is hard to maintain! I stay between 162 and 165 lbs and I don't seem to go up or down, even with the holidays. I guess thats good. I am horrible at exercise. Need to get back in the swing if things, as far as eating I tend to eat alot of the same things every day. I know, how boring! But it works for me, I still drink 1 or 2 protein shakes every day also. I tend to weigh every morning, I think it keeps me on track. I think each day will always be a struggle, because its hard to lose the FAT girl inside. But I am so very glad I did this and have never had a regret.

That's fantastic Michelle!!! I'm doing well and still trying to figure out all of this maintenance stuff! I've never been good at it, so I'm still a work in progress, but I've been maintaining at 150 for 9mths now. It sounds like you've done an amazing job and are an inspiration to many!!! Congrats on your BA~that's an exciting way to start the new year!

B~ we all know where your coming from cause we've all been there. For me this was the point I knew I had to alter somethings. I started working on personal devlopment and working the mind from the stand point of being healthy and staying that way.
I also discovered Herbalife. It's nutrition and vitamins that we can actually absorb. Love the stuff and have been the healthiest since I have started this journey. Let's get you and everyone else back on track! We can do this and we will!
It's a new year let's start fresh from where you are now and not where you have been.
If anyone wants some motovaition or anything at all my email is [email protected]
Take care and let's go!

Tracy,
Your looking fantastic! Happy 2 years to you also! I'm doing great. I actually have my BA on the 3rd only one more day...which is why I can not sleep! I'm actually posting at 4 am how insane!
I do find my way off track especially when it's that time of the month the chocolate calls me. But I am learning how to deal with that. I never thought in my life people would come to me and ask for help to loose weight or help with exercising! I'm maintaing my loss and loving life!
How are you?

Topic: RE: HI!! Am I Crazy?????
Girl,
You are SOOOO not alone!! I watch the scale everyday, and panic if I gain a few pounds. As for exercise, I am unable due to injury, but I try to walk a little everyday. Walking and sitting hurt, so I do a LOT of lying down and reading. The difference now is I don't stuff my face while lying in bed. Thank God for dumping!! If I cheat a little( that Shipley's donut yesterday made me sick for an hour! ) then I pay for it right away. Instant punishment!!! I am starting to lose again, finally, and may eventually hit my goal. If not...... oh well.....
I sure miss the way we all used to check this site daily. It really helped me through some tough times. My step father passed away on Dec. 5, and these holidays are really rough on my mom and the kids. Ah, well... here's hoping 2007 will be better.
Cheers

Oh Blondie I am so sorry... I know EXACTLY where you are coming from. I am about 24 lbs heavier than I was when I got pregnant in Feb 2006. During my pregnancy I had horrible cravings at first for avocados and olives. Then it progressed to cookies and doughnuts... eeck... Im telling you... once you get sugar in your system its like a drug addict that has been clean for a while and then they just "try it once" for old times sake// WHAM! you crave sugar again after all the time that you have been without it.
I hate to say this... but it makes me feel a little better that there are some of you that are on the same boat as me. We should be each others support system.
Any of you guys please feel free to email me anytime. [email protected]
I really need the support as well. Thanks for listening!
