I'm a carb addict and need to stay far away from the stuff as I can't say no and never know when to stop. The discomfort your feeling when eating is from the bread, it's swelling in your tummy. I agree with the other girls, tell the waitress not to bring it to your table. Good luck.

The body shop can be found online if you don't have one locally. It is NOT the same as Bath and Body store.
Bumble and Bumble are at many high end Spas and beauty salons, but I believe they are available online.

When you & hubby return home & the "real" world, please tell me where you find these products. I've never heard of Bumble & Bumble or the Body Shop. We do have a Bath & Body store, is that the same place?

My weight has been stuck for a while and I wanted to ask what others have done to get in moving (in the right direction 
) I have been eating the protein and trying to drink water. I am down 90 lbs and would like to lose another 38 pounds. My doctor said that I have another 5 months to lose before the "window" closes.
Any ideas??
