How wonderful. I was told I had to wait until my weight stablized. Which may be 20 months out. Did your surgeon recommend that?

I still cannot eat bread. It gets stuck. I eat meat very slowly. My diet consists of eggs, some meat, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, and tuna. Pretty boring, but it is expanding. I always eat protein first. Then, if I can handle it, I will eat vegetables. Fruit such as pears and fruit ****tail are very easy on my stomach and I can usually handle them. I cannot eat the skin of any fruit. Cream of wheat continues to be a staple in my diet. Good luck Dianne

I think I'm weak. I know I am a size 4. I had to stop exercising for a while in order to slow down the weight loss. Time to get it in gear again! You look absolutely fantastic! I would love to be a muscular size 6. Way to go! Dianne

Hi Mary Ellen. Yes I have changed my hair color to red. I was looking and feeling too washed out with my blonde hair. Actually, more grey than blonde. Dianne

Thank you Wendy. It's been a hard road for me. But I am finally feeling better. Having 134 pounds gone ain't so shabby either. Dianne

Vanessa...you look wonderful. Congratulations on your success!! Keeping you and your hubby in my thoughts and pray he is safe during his deployment to Iraq. My nephew just returned from there after an 8 month deployment. Keep up the good work! Mary Ellen 280/168/160
