Isn't going to the doctor's office now such a different experience than before? I no longer dread getting on the scale or having my blood pressure taken.
Congrats on your success so far!

Topic: RE: I MADE IT ....
Hi Joi
So glad everthing went well with your move. I am envious. I just love Germany.
I just returned on the 18th frm a week in Dubai. The trip was so long and it appears I will be making this trip every month starting sometime in mid Jan. I am not looking forward to it.
I have about 30 lbs to meet my personal goal, so I can relate to you last 50 lbs issue. I am 5'10" and large frame, and 47 yrs old. So my personal goal was and is, 200 lbs. Which is about 15-20 lbs over the 'normal' charts for my size. But at my age I could care less. My tights look like a Sharpei (spelling?) they are just awful, and I am spending as much time now that I am back in the US at my gm hoping to improve that somewhat. My tummy is hanging as is the normal I suppose, but not as bad as I expected, but I can see now that it will be with me for some time, and looks like if I want it gone, then a TT will be needed down a road a ways. My arms are pretty bad too, but again hoping with lifting some weight they will go back somewhat. I went to the Texas OH convention on the 19th and it was great, a plastic sugeon spoke and that was very informative.
YOu have done so well with you loss are you dealing with some of the same skin issues? I realize that the youngs ladies are not going tohave the same struggle since younger skin will go back much better than those of us that have been overwieght since childhood or in excess of 30 years.
Well take care, and best of luck on that last 50, I know it will begin to melt off now that you are settled and have less stress to deal with. Moving in all cases is really stressful, and especailly overseas.

Topic: I MADE IT ....
11-22-05 Hello family well I made it germany all is well I moved in my house on Nov 19, it's a very nice house has 4 levels which is quite the norm here in Germany. After the first of the year I will began teaching a dance class here called ballethnic which is a combination of African dance and ballet. So I will be able to shed theses last 50 pounds. Theses are the hardest, but things are finally settling down after the move so I can get back into the swing of things.
Thanks for your continued support.
