So glad to hear from you, I haven't been able to check my personl email in 2 weeks now. I hope to have my computer up and rinning by the end of next week. Girl my skin on my butt and arms are a mess, a friend has given me the number of a good platic surgeon over here so once I get to my goal weight I will go in for a consultation, and then we will go from there. keep up the good work and I will email you soon.

Hi all:
Will someone post the diet? I'm stuck. I'm currently down 90-92 pounds and would like to be 100 by one year.
How is every one loving the extra energy?!? This year when shopping for holiday gifts, I wont get upset if I don't get a great parking spot-- the walk to the store is no big deal!
Life is so much better!
Everyone should be so very proud!

saw my surgeon and nutritionist yesterday -- both are pleased with my progress...as am I!!
